1. Services

CPL provides professional landscaping and tree services including but not limited to:

Lawn care and grass cutting

Mulch and stone installation

Plant installation and removal

Tree trimming and pruning

Tree removal

Stump grinding

Palm tree trimming

All services are subject to availability and site inspection when required.

2. Estimates & Pricing

We offer free estimates.

Pricing varies depending on property size, service type, materials required, and job complexity.

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions arise.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to require a deposit for larger projects.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unsafe conditions.

5. Property Responsibility

Customers must ensure access to the property during service.

CPL is not responsible for underground utilities, irrigation lines, or hidden obstacles unless disclosed beforehand.

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing property conditions.

6. Liability

CPL is fully committed to safety and professionalism. However:

We are not responsible for natural events (storms, high winds, etc.) occurring after service completion.

Tree removal and trimming involve inherent risks which customers acknowledge.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and materials are the property of CPL and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
